yocto: labs: fix small typos
No upppercase needed after comma, and use singular (we need onyl 1 script,
and there is only one in that directory anyway).

yocto: labs: upgrade to latest kirkstone releases
kirkstone-4.0.2 warns that Ubuntu 22.04 is not supported, which puzzles
some trainees as it is the distro we recommend. Switch to the latest
kirkstone branches which officially support Ubuntu 22.04.

yocto: labs: stm32: remove status=progress from 'dd' command line
It does not show progress, and the BBB labs don't use it anyway.

yocto: labs: add "may" to sentence that is STM32 specific
The issue mentioned here happens only with the ST layer, not the TI
one. Add "may" in the sentence.

-----------
yocto: labs: use 'linux-*' to show 'bitbake-layers show-recipes'
This is much more interesting as it shows non-preferred recipes and the
selected recipe in addition to some incompatible ones. It also shows that
wildcards can be used.
