  Labs on BBB/Qemu are not ready

The link to the BBB labs does not even exist.

The labs for Qemu are outdated, and it's better to not let people use
lab instructions that are inconsistent with the current course
contents.

Better update everything properly, and then publish correct lab
instructions.
